2. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days. We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and, where possible, offer an alternative date.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas. If after the re-clean you are still not satisfied, we will issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
