These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Your Cleaning Company's website and the purchase of cleaning services from us. By booking a service or submitting your details via our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing a booking.
Your Cleaning Company provides professional cleaning services to residential and commercial properties across the UK. The specific scope of each service is described on our Services page. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any service at any time.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed once you have received a booking confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion. You must provide accurate information when booking, including the correct property address, service date and contact details.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely online via Stripe. Full payment is required before the service is carried out. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect a confirmed booking.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows on the day of service will be charged in full. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
You must ensure that our cleaners have full access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not possible and we are unable to complete the service, a call-out charge may apply. You are responsible for securing or removing any valuables or fragile items before the service.
Your Cleaning Company carries full public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our cleaners, you must report this to us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a maximum of the value of the booking.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will arrange a re-clean of the unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply if the property condition was significantly different from what was described at the time of booking.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will never be sold to third parties.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
